How To Choose The Perfect Fireplace

I rearranged my 13ft by 11ft bedroom about 4 months ago, I turned my dark red room into a beige/tan because Im more of a tropical getaway person if you know what I mean. However I feel that way I have arranged things seems boring and dull. The things I have:

-full sized bed,
-tall dresser that I set my tv ontop of.
-small bookcase about 4ft tall. ( I want to get rid of it though…)
-round table with 2 tall chairs.
-I also have a tall standing mirror.
-Medium sized jewelry stand
-Tropical Plant
-Organized standing plastic drawers about 5ft tall.

I dont have a pic of my room but when you walk in straight ahead their is 1 small window. I have white curtains hanging from it. Then under the window I have my bed in the middle. On the sides of my bed I have my standing mirror in the corner on the left, I have my jewelry stand then down along this same wall I have my plant, my drawer organizer, then kitty corner I have my tall dresser with the tv ontop facing my bed. Behind this tv is a closet I still can squezz through and see everything but its kinda hidden by the tv stand/dresser.

On the other side the right side of my bed I have a piano keyboard. *Yes I play* Then I have my bookcase with a bunch of stuff on that. Then I have My Chairs and tables and Behind these chairs and round table is another closet were I keep my shirts and tanks. I can easily see and get to this closet. In the middle of the two closet is a walkway to the door that leads out into a hall. So the closets are split from one side of the room to the other and then in the middle is a door.
So thats how I have everything set up.

I dont have night stands, and I have white carpet. I also have a Palm tree border. I love palm trees.

Please help me find a better way to rearrange my room because I’m lost on what to do. Thanks.

A couple of small tubes
Hairspray
Medium size make up bag (about 8 x 3 inches)
Jar of face cream about as tall and wide as your palm or a little larger
Flower clips
A thin tanktop and thin shorts

Having to be able to hold one or two more pieces of clothing would be a bonus, but not a must. i don’t want anything that has holes in the bottom and preferable not holes on the side, but it’s not impossible. I need to be able to fit this in a small linen closet shelf. I’d rather not spend more than $10, including shipping and handling, but one or two more dollars is ok. I can also buy it at a store as well.

it is a “mom prom”. moms get old their old dresses and have a girls only prom night to raise money for a cancer fundraiser!

it sounds like a good time and i have some old dresses that id love to wear again!

Nothing too fancy, it’s just a standard reach-in closet.
Should I buy 3/4″ x 4′ x 8′ plywood or 3/4″ x 49″ x 97″ medium density fiberboard?

Or buy the plywood for the sides and fiberboard for the shelving?

I’m doing a project for my room that is like a necklace organizer type thing. I am looking for decorative knobs for like i guess closet doors and cabinets and such. I LOVE the knobs from Anthropology but they are just soo expensive. I need about eight knobs but I dont feel like shelling out $80 bucks for them. Does anyone know of another place similar to it with cheaper stuff? PLEASE!

Hi! I’ve been planning to decorate my bedroom and I need to set a budget. My bedroom has it’s own bathroom and a closet. It’s average size. I need:
-A new cheap bed
-A side table (just 1)
-A vanity table
-A bookshelf
-Organizing shelf
-Some cool seats
-A rug
-Bathroom organizers
-Curtains
-Decorating Items
-A closet with organizers
-Lamps, lights, posters, etc,

I will be sharing the room with my sister and I just need to set a budget. Each year, I will earn about 700 and she will earn about 400 from our chores. I will be moving into a new home in about two years so I have until then to get the required amount of money for decorating a new room.
